I received a bucket bag for Christmas and after only one month a screw attaching the strap fell out and the bag is now unusable. Italist (where the bag was purchased) has been completely unhelpful. I’ve tried to contact Givenchy directly but have not had a response. The screw is a very specific piece, so not just any repair shop can replace it.
