YSL does color very well, and there are some colors and hardware you’ll love and some you won’t, and it could be difficult to tell online. It’s so helpful to be in a store where you can try on several bags colors and styles at once.

It's my only luxury bag that I think might not be "worth it" (among my other bags from LV, Gucci, and Chloe). I’ve seen a few video about YSL having quality issues. For me, the Lou Camera Bag is the clear winner from this list. It can work with a wide range of outfits, from very casual up to just shy of super dressy, it's big enough to comfortably hold your necessities while also not being too massive, and I personally find a zip top purse much more functional for a daily bag rather than a flap, but I know .I’ve bought three YSL bags over the past year and returned two of them. I was underwhelmed with the look and feel of the leather for the price. The one I kept was a patent croc embossed material that was as expected.
